Focused accessibility review
Assess an agreed set of pages, components and journeys against relevant WCAG 2.2 A and AA success criteria. Combine automated checks with manual keyboard, focus, form and screen-reader checks.
Remediation support
Turn findings into fixes for page structure, forms, navigation, custom components and interaction patterns. Work with your developers or engage Zwaddo for an agreed implementation sprint.
Retesting and handover
Revisit agreed issues after changes, record what has been resolved and explain remaining limitations. Give your team practical guidance to help avoid repeat problems.
Built for delivery
A report your team can act on.
Findings should explain the user impact as well as the technical issue. We agree the scope, browsers, assistive technologies and deliverables at the start, so you know what has been assessed.
Experience Cloud, custom LWCs and Salesforce forms are a particular focus. We also discuss other website platforms and confirm suitability before engagement.
Typical deliverables
- Scope and testing approach.
- Reproduction steps and supporting examples.
- Relevant WCAG success criteria and user impact.
- Prioritised remediation recommendations.
- Retest results for the agreed fixes.
What a finding looks like
Illustrative example—not a client result
A keyboard user cannot reach the submit button
Impact: the user cannot complete the enquiry journey.
Recommendation: remove the focus trap, restore a logical focus order and ensure the button can be reached and activated with a keyboard.
Retest: complete the journey using only the keyboard and confirm that focus remains visible throughout.
Before we begin
Does a review certify the whole website?
A review covers the agreed scope and the version tested. We describe that scope and any limitations clearly. Automated scans alone do not establish WCAG conformance, and a focused review is not a blanket certification.
Can you fix the issues as well?
Yes, implementation support can be scoped alongside the review or afterwards. We agree priorities, access and responsibilities before making changes.
What do you need from us?
A website address, the journeys that matter most and any existing findings are a useful start. Access to private journeys and a suitable test environment can be agreed where needed.
Make your next accessibility step clear.
Share your website, the journeys that matter most and any existing accessibility findings. We’ll help you scope a review and prioritise practical improvements.
